Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using DreamMix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. "DreamMix" refers to the mobile application published by LaunchKit Studios.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use DreamMix for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Health Disclaimer
DreamMix is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Ambient sounds are intended for general wellness and relaxation only. If you have a sleep disorder or medical condition, consult your healthcare provider.
Subscriptions
DreamMix offers optional paid subscriptions managed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Prices may vary by region.
Advertising
DreamMix displays ads to free-tier users via Google AdMob. We request your permission before using your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. Premium subscribers are not shown ads.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. DreamMix stores sleep data on your device only and collects minimal anonymous analytics.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DreamMix after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
